Crimson Hosting. agrees to furnish services to the Subscriber, subject to the following ("Terms of Service"). Crimson Hosting., the company here after referred to as, ("Crimson Hosting"), ("Us"), ("We") and The Client, ("Customer"), ("Client") and ("You"). Use of Crimson Hosting Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to ToS
("Terms of Service"). All provisions of this contract are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Crimson Hosting Subscriber understands that change
to the ToS by Crimson Hosting shall not be grounds for early contract termination or non-payment.
To terminate your services, you must cancel via our WHMCS billing area at https://billing.crimsonnetwork.co.uk using the cancellation request form. A cancellation request must be submitted when a client wishes to no longer proceed with their service or not to pay the invoice. Accounts with a credit card on file may automatically attempt to renew until cancelled. Unless specified per special arrangement, we do not hold our clients accountable to any contracts. Our customers can cancel at any time. If you fail to submit a cancellation request, then your subscription may still be active. Make sure that upon cancelling your server that you always submit a cancellation request via the billing area to avoid any future outgoing payments to Crimson Hosting
All hosting service orders placed by newly registered customers are eligible for refunds within 48 hours of the creation of the server in our database, this point is not marked by the time at which your initial payment is processed and may differ by several hours or days. All refunds are made through the gateway in which initial payments were made.
All our other services, including product addons and dedicated servers and account credit are not eligible for a refund. Refunds cannot be requested without probable cause; in addition to these non-monthly terms are non-refundable. Our 48-hour money back guarantee applies to a new client's first order only. To request a refund, you must submit a refund request via the support ticket system outlining the reason. If you meet the terms of eligibility, a refund will be issued by a team member. Refunds will not be issued automatically. Refunds issued for billing errors are made on a per case basis. An example of the 48 hour money back policy would be if you were for example to make a purchase on the 14th of the month and you wanted a refund on the 17th then Crimson would not be under any obligation to offer you a full/partial refund of any sorts
Clients are disallowed from exploiting services to modify settings of features beyond which they are permitted in their rental agreement. For instance, a client may not modify their slot count to an amount which differs from what they are renting from us.
You agree and understand that spamming, sending unsolicited emails from our servers or using email addresses that are maintained by us is STRICTLY prohibited and will qualify your account for immediate deactivation with no refund. Crimson Hosting would be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this.
Crimson Hosting, under no circumstances, shall be held liable for any data loss, disruption of information, or distribution of information including that of unauthorized access to our server systems or any other loss of data. Crimson Hosting shall not be held liable for any disruption, delay, or disconnection of services for any period. We reserve the right to terminate a client's services in the event of a charge dispute, despite the outcome of the dispute. It is not our responsibility to back a clients Game Service data up. As Per the 'ICO' we, Crimson Hosting are only responsible for data which can be used to personally identify an individual
As a possible client / client of Crimson Hosting, you have the right to open a support ticket for any issues that you may come across that involve your service with us. A support ticket / request can take up to 24 hours to be viewed and answered by our support team but it usually lower. However, for events such as Christmas day, Boxing day and New Year’s Day our support team will not be operating due to it being a universal holiday within the United Kingdom, however, if a support technician chooses to answer tickets on any of the days specified above then that is of their choice to do so.
Crimson Hosting cannot guarantee that all promotion codes will work all the time. However, we will do our best to ensure that all the information we give out regarding promotional codes will work 99.9% of the time. If a promotional code does not work, then by opening a ticket and we can resolve it for you. If for any reason the price has not deducted from the original price, open a ticket and we will refund you the amount or take it off your next month’s bill
yperTech Hosting retains the right to seek and consult with any appropriate authorities that may need to be involved in the event of an issue arising whether it is through violation of this policy or any other illegal occurrence requiring involvement of law-enforcement agencies. Crimson Hosting regards any communication between parties as confidential, upon distribution of any communication, unless prior approval is in place, we will act to the full extent of the law. By purchasing a server from Crimson Hosting you permit us to modify your server, this includes, but is not limited to, changing settings, uploading/mods, and other tasks related to running any server. Any verbal or written action to compromise our server systems or any other equipment owned by Crimson Hosting will be taken seriously and will result in further investigation and possible lawsuits. Upon cancellation of payments to Crimson Hosting your server will be suspended unless prior arrangements are made. Files will be kept if possible after termination or suspension however the guaranteed amount of time is unspecified. Crimson Hosting retains the sole right to stop, start, and modify your server at any given time.
While we offer unlimited bandwidth and space to our customers, we reserve the right to request that you delete or delete ourselves excessive file such as large logs or anything else we deem excessive. Any uploaded files that cause the server to lag or make the server unplayable are not the responsibility of Crimson Hosting. Unfair usage If we find your server using any sort of system to bypass limits put on your server such as the amount of Disk Space or RAM amount your server is subject to being terminated without a refund.
We reserve all rights to terminate your server or service upon any violation of these terms or any other basis if deemed necessary. Services which are suspended for non-payment will be terminated 3 days after the renewal invoice is due. We do not terminate services without cause. However, we can terminate your service with us if you do not co-operate with our support team, an example of this being if your first and last name is set to something like Gaming Gaming and not your legal first and last name will count as fraud, our support team will approach you about your name before going ahead with any termination, we will give you a chance to co-operate and change your details.
